Abstracts – GW4 Early Career Neuroscientist Day

There will be the opportunity to speak at the GW4 Early Career Neuroscientist Day (ECND) and exhibit your work at the poster presentation sessions.

Oral presentation abstracts

This year we are giving you the chance to speak at the conference. Submit an abstract by 5pm on 10th May 2019 for the opportunity to have a 15-minute speaking slot in one of the sessions.
Oral presentation abstracts follow the same guidelines as the poster abstracts and can be uploaded after registration using the link in your confirmation email. All oral presentation abstracts will be reviewed by the GW4 ECND Committee.

Poster abstracts

The closing date for abstract submission is 5pm on 10th May 2019. Posters must be portrait and no bigger than A1. All posters presented at the event will be judged with the opportunity to win prizes. Abstracts will be reviewed by the GW4 ECND Committee.

Download the abstract form here. You will need to indicate on the form if you are applying for an oral or poster presentation.
Abstracts should only be sent after you have registered for the event.

When uploading abstracts, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Word count: 300 words maximum
Format:
• Abstract title
• List of authors
• Introduction
• Materials and methods
• Results
• Conclusions
Please do not upload figures.
Posters must be portrait and no bigger than A1.
Posters will also be available for viewing during refreshments, lunch breaks and the evening poster session. All posters presented at the event will be judged for prizes.
