The sixth annual GW4 3Rs Symposium is to be held at the University of Exeter and is being hosted by the GW4 Alliance and the University of Exeter.

This event is free to attend and is aimed at all those engaged in research (both animal research and those working with potential replacement technologies) as well as animal technicians. The Symposium is designed to showcase the latest 3Rs research and welfare initiatives taking place across GW4 and beyond.

The event has been kindly sponsored by Agenda Life Sciences, Tecniplast, IDEXX Bioanalytics, Sychem, Datesand, Bionomous, Miltenyi Biotec, VetTech, IPS, SCANBUR, Aston Pharma, Janvier Labs, Inotiv, Charles River, ScienceTrack, JoVE and clinipath.

Posters and Flash Talks: The Symposium offers an excellent opportunity for you to submit a poster, to present your own advances in the 3Rs, during the poster session. There are two categories for the poster competition; one for researchers and one for technicians, with the opportunity to win a poster prize in each of the two categories (subject to a minimum of five poster submissions per category). Registration for event and posters is now closed

The posters are to be A0 Portrait style and poster authors are responsible for printing their posters. Deadlines for poster submissions in e version is Friday 6^th Dec and hard copy either on the day or in advance – details tbc via email to those who have registered.
