GW4 ACADEMIC DISCUSSES WHAT THE CATALONIAN ELECTION MEANS FOR SPAIN

On September 27, Catalans will elect their regional parliament determining who will be president of the region. The vote is being billed as a plebiscite on independence. Dr Andrew Dowling (Cardiff University) has written in The Conversation UK discussing what the election means for Spain. Dr Dowling is part of the GW4 Modern Spanish History group.
