Recruiting – GW4 Talent and Skills Manager (Maternity Cover)
The GW4 Alliance is seeking a talented interim manager to drive the delivery of our exciting and evolving Talent and Skills programme across the research intensive universities of Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and Exeter.
The remit is to develop talent across the alliance in the postgraduate researcher, early career researcher and academic and technical staff development spaces. The post-holder will coordinate a variety of activities to support the development of talent and skills partnerships. These include project coordination of our flagship GW4 Crucible programme, provide support for developing Doctoral Training Entities, drive ECR symposia series, and continue to develop and deliver our new GW4WARD initiative to support technical staff across the Alliance.
