GW4 Alliance Director Update:
The GW4 Alliance is committed to supporting our research talent at all career stages and across all disciplines. This month I am pleased to invite our Early Career Researchers (ECR) to submit ideas for a research showcase as part of our GW4 Climate Alliance launch and COP26 activities. I would encourage our ECRs to think about communicating their research projects using creative and innovative ways to engage the audience, and I look forward to reviewing the range of projects and ideas submitted. We have been continuing to work on our Net Zero Programme across the universities on developing an understanding of our unique research capabilities, and how we can support a whole systems-based interdisciplinary approach to achieve sustainable and socially inclusive mobility.
This month also sees a number of changes within the GW4 team including our Talent and Skills team and our Communications Manager. Plus we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a GW4 Alliance Officer working on two of our strategic research areas - AMR and Climate.
